The Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing information about you by us, including personal data and cookies.

 

I. The administrator of your personal data is Zakład Drzewny JAWOR with its registered office in 37-410 Ulanów, 3-go Maja 51, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

III. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of communication related to the provision of services, response to inquiries and when signing contracts, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and may be transferred to our trusted partners, i.e. printing houses, domain registrars, companies providing server and hosting services.


IV. Your personal data will not be transferred to the third countries.


V. Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent referred to in Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

VI. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

 

VII. If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to make a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VIII. Providing your personal data is voluntary.


IX. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.


In accordance with Article 21(4) of the GDPR, we would like to inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you. The objection should be submitted to the Administrator, whose contact details are indicated in point II. In accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR, when submitting an objection, you must indicate the reasons for it related to your particular situation. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. GIODO.

X. The website owner and entities operating the website collect statistics of website visits.

 
XI. Policy of cookies and other similar technologies

 

1. In connection with the provision of the content of websites, the www.jawor-ulanow.pl uses the so-called cookies, i.e. information saved by servers on the user’s end device, which servers can read each time they connect to this end device, may also use other technologies with functions similar or identical to cookies. In this document, the information on cookies also applies to other similar technologies used on our websites. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the user of websites www.jawor-ulanow.pl.
